With more than 1,200 key export decision-makers attending over 50 public AETI seminars per year, sponsoring an AETI 2-day seminar offers a perfect opportunity to promote products and services to the international trade community.

Sponsors of AETI public seminars in 2003 include institutions such as the Export-Import Bank of the U.S., Bank of America, Bank One, Mellon Bank, National City Bank, Wachovia Bank, the law firm of Reed Smith Shaw & McClay, the Ohio Department of Development, the Ohio Export Assistance Network, the South Carolina Department of Commerce, the World Trade Center of New Orleans, the Delaware River Port Authority, and many more.

Sole Sponsorship: Ideal for organizations wishing to train up to 25 clients and prospects under their own banner. If desired, AETI will add your seminar to our publicly distributed schedules, and offer time-tested marketing support. Sole sponsors host the event, typically pay AETI a flat amount and collect all/ any registration fees.

Co-Sponsorship: Companies, banks, and government agencies (maximum of 3) share expenses, receive attendee data, and make optional presentations to the audience. AETI includes these seminars on our publicly-distributed schedules, and provides marketing support. A typical arrangement is that the co-sponsors pay for event logistics, such as invitations, room charges, and catering, and AETI is compensated with the registration fees.

On-Site Training: For organizations with specific training needs, an AETI on-site presentation can be custom-designed for any number of employees, clients, and prospects. Our usual fee for on-site work for up to 10 attendees is $2,500 per day plus expenses. Discounts apply for seminars scheduled during December, January, July, and August, and for insurance clients of Export Risk Management.
